  1. ビーム形振動子の対向する面に一対の圧電素子が装着さ
    れ、これら圧電素子の圧電極性が互に逆極性とされ、こ
    れを圧電素子に１８０°位相を反転する増幅器の入力側
    と出力側とがそれぞれ接続されてなる圧電形発振回路。
