    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベースに回動可能に支持されたウェビング巻取用巻取軸
    ；該巻取軸をウェビング巻取方向に付勢する付勢手段；
    該付勢手段の一部と他部とを接続している接続部材；該
    接続部材に係合して前記付勢手段の他部の付勢力が巻取
    軸に作用しないようにするロック位置と、接続部材に係
    合不可能で前記付勢手段の一部と他部との付勢力が巻取
    軸に作用するようにする非ロツク位置とをとりえるロッ
    ク部材；該ロック部材を制御する制御手段；磁界形成部
    材と導電性部材とから成り、これらの一方が前記接続部
    材に一体的に取付けられ他方が前記一方と非接触で対向
    するように前記ベース側に固設された制御手段；を有す
    ることを特徴とする巻取力軽減装置付きのりトラクタ。
