Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを射出する電子銃部と、電子ビームを変調し
てマイクロ波を増幅するための複数個の空胴からなる高
周波回路部と、電子ビームを捕集するためのコレクタ部
を具備し、前記空胴が空胴壁に置かれたスプリングコイ
ルを回転の支点として容量板支持棒の先端にとりつけら
れた容量板の位置を変化させる多空胴クライストロンに
おいて、容量板支持棒のスプリングコイルと接触させる
部分を、スプリングコイルの中心と容量板支持棒の中心
間距離が一定となる様に凸状とすることを特徴とする多
空胴クライストロン。
