から再生位置に達する直前まで前記吸着部材とソレノイ
ドの吸着面間に間隙を形成する手段を設け、前記ヘッド
基板が再生位置に達した時前記間隙を無くして吸着部材
をソレノイドにて吸着させるように構成したことを特徴
