プレート方式のサイジングダイをそれぞれ示す断面図で
あり、第３図は本考案に係るサイジングダイを備えたパ
イプ押出装置の概略図、第４図はサイジングダイの拡大
断面図である。 １・・・サイジングダイ、６・・・スリーブ部、９・・
・プレート部。

Claims (1)
- ダイ３より押出され、外側より減圧して膨張するパイプ
４を外径規制しながら冷却するパイプ成形用のサイジン
グダイにおいて、内部にはパイプ４が通されるとともに
その外側には冷却水が通されるようはＳ゛二重構造をな
し、かつ吸出口１２よりエアーを抜いて内部を減圧する
よう構成されるスリーブ部６を入口側に、パイプ４が通
されるプレート１３を適当間隔で並設し、かつ減圧水槽
内に設置されるプレート部９を上記スリーブ部６に接続
して設けたサイジングダイ。
