本発明は磁気ヘッド装置の組立方法に関し、特に、ヘッ
ドピースをヘッド基板に取り付けた後、このヘッド基板
を取り付けるフレームに対し、上記へッドピースのアジ
マス調整およびトラック合せを行った後に、支承用ばね
板を介してこれらを結合するようにした磁気ヘッド装置

、行うことにより、終極的に、上記フレーム2に対する
ヘッドピース5の位置関係と適切にせんとする新規な技

具装置Aの回転軸体15に固着され、該回転軸体15を
支承する支持環体16は、昇降自在かつ前後左右移動自
在の駆動板17上に固定されている。すなわち、可動袷
具14上のヘッド基板5に貼着したヘッドピースは、そ
のギャップアジマスが上記フレーム2に対し任意に可変
でき、かつトラック合せを行いうるごとくなっている。
なお、ヘッドピース6の中心0は、第4図にみるように
、フレーム2の中心線Xに一致するように、上記固定治
具13に対し移動治具14が対向せしめられる。また、
アジマス調整拾具Aは周面に磁気テープ18を臨ませた
ドラム19を備えており、磁気テープ18には上記へツ
ドピース6のギャップ部6aが楢嬢せしめられるように
なっている。一方磁気テープ18には最も適切なアジマ
スおよびトラック高さに配設されたマスターヘッド20
が沼接されており、該マスターヘッド20からは最大出
力が常に得られるようになっている。すなわち、上記固
定拾具13に敦層されたフレーム2に対し、これとは別
個に移動治具14に収容されたヘッド基板5が、上記駆
動板17の前後左右および上下の任意の方向に移動され
、かつ回転軸体15の任意の回動操作により、ヘッドピ
