When passing through this grinding device 3, For example, the surface is polished by a projected abrasive material.
At this time, the alignment cart 9 is approaching the exit side feed conveyor 6, and the conveyance direction of the idle rollers 43 is aligned with the workpiece 2.
In addition, the conveying surfaces of the idle rollers 43 and the exit side feed conveyor 6 are flush with each other. Therefore, the workpieces 2 coming out of the polishing device 3 are placed on the alignment cart 9 via the exit conveyor 6. The lifting cylinder 37 is extended with the workpiece 2 on it, and the workpiece 2 is lifted up from the exit conveyor 6. During this special raising, the support plate 49 rises as the turntable support 38 rises, but at this time, the idle roller 50 is guided by the guide rule 51, so the turntable support 38, etc. The rise of the turntable support 38 is carried out without any fluctuation, and since the chain 48 is rotated as the vertical plate 49 is raised, thereby rotating the common shaft 52, the turntable support 38 is raised on both sides. It can be done in equal amounts at a time. The cylinder 41 is extended with the object 2 to be processed raised, and the turntable 40 is rotated 90 degrees with respect to the turntable support 38. As a result, the posture of the workpiece 2 whose length direction was in the conveyance direction is changed, and its length direction becomes perpendicular to the conveyance direction. In this state, the alignment trolley 9 is run and stopped at a predetermined position opposite to the support section 101. Next, the lifting cylinder 37 is lowered, and the turntable support stand 38 is lowered.
At the same time, the turntable 40 is lowered, and the idle roller 43 is lowered relative to the support punch 63, so that the workpiece 2 is supported by the support village 63. Thereafter, the alignment trolley 9 is caused to travel back, brought close to the exit side feed conveyor 6 and stopped, and the turntable 40 is rotated to return to its original position. This repetition, that is, the alignment trolley 9
By repeating the operation while gradually decreasing the amount of travel, the objects 2 to be processed can be aligned and dispatched on the support section 10. During the above-mentioned alignment operation, or after a predetermined number of alignments (five in the embodiment), the support punch 63 is raised by the extension of the cylinder 64, and the workpiece 2 is lifted. In this state, an empty transport trolley 9 is transferred from the finishing and polishing chamber 13 side, and its supporting punch 14 is positioned below the group of 2 aligned workpieces. Next, the cylinder 64 is lowered to position the support village 63 below the support member 14. As a result, the two groups of objects to be processed can be waved toward the transportation trolley 12 while maintaining their alignment. The transport trolley 12 supporting the two groups of objects to be processed in this manner is transferred to the finisher's room 13, where top-to-bottom polishing is performed using, for example, a hand-held polisher. In other words, since the polishing device 3 described above performs mechanical and fully automatic polishing work, there are cases where the corners and bottom side of the workpiece 2 are not polished sufficiently. Finishing bridge room 13
It will be processed by the research staff. The workpiece 2 that has been subjected to the polishing process is carried into the coating room 17 by a transportation trolley 12, and then supported by a support section 19. As described above, during the cleaning work in the final cleaning chamber 13, the objects 2 to be processed next time are aligned on the support section 10. Therefore, the transport trolley 12 emptied in the painting room 17 is transferred to the support section 10 through the finishing and polishing room 13, and the same operation as described above is performed. The painting room 17 is defined by a bellows house 18 that is extended before the transport truck 12 moves in or after it leaves. Therefore, the coating work on the two groups of objects supported by the support portion 19 can be performed without the spray liquid flowing out to the outside. It also serves as a shelter from the rain. After painting, the bellows house 18 is contracted to open the painting room 17, and the painted workpiece 2 is sent to the loading area 22 by a tower crane or a truck truck.
In this teaching platform 22, the object 2 to be treated is subjected to finishing coating and drying. When the workpiece 2 is rectangular, or when the polishing device 3 can be used to run a long workpiece 2 with its length direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction, the turntable structure and its operation may be changed. Can be omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, the polishing work and the painting work on the object to be processed can be efficiently and reliably performed through a series of assembly operations.
