第１図はシリンダヘッドを含む排気還流システムの説明
的断面図、第２図はシリンダヘッドの縦断側面図、第３
図及び第４図は排気還流通路を構成する管壁の肉厚形状
を示す各断面図である。 尚図面中１はシリンダヘッド、２は燃焼室、６は排気通
路、６１はその湾曲外側部、７は凹部、８は排気還流ポ
ート、９は排気通路、９０はその管壁、１０はジャケッ
トである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）排気ガスの一部を排気系から抽出して吸気系へ還
    流させるためにシリンダヘッド内の排気通路の途中に開
    口した排気還流ポートから排気還流通路に排気ガスを取
    出すようにしたエンジンの排気還流取出構造において、
    シリンダ内に湾曲させて形成した排気通路の排気ガスが
    密に流れる外側部に排気還流１−トを設け、且つ該ポー
    １〜を排気通路に形成した凹部内に開口させたことを特
    徴とするエンジンの排気還流取出構造。
  2. （２）前記エンジンはクロスフローエンジンであって、
    前記排気還流通路は前記シリンダヘッド内に設けた水ジ
    ャケットを通り、該水ジヤケツト内を通る前記排気還流
    通路を構成する管壁の肉厚を少なくとも燃焼室側を除い
    て外周側に厚く形成したことを特徴とする前記実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエンジンの排気還流取出構
    造。
