、ウレタンゴム、スプリング等の弾性体を、成形圧縮力
による弾性体の変位量が、成形品凸形状部高さとなるよ
うに調整して挿入し、さらに、弾性体上面には、金属粉
末の凹設孔部への侵入を防止するスペーサを配置して粉
末成形することにより、凸形状部を有する成形品を成形
