Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有底の円筒形状をなし、底部の略中央部にガス注入部を
    有する硬質樹脂材料による外ケースと、この外ケースの
    開口端を塞ぐ様に密接配置され、略中央部にガス排出口
    を備えた硬質樹脂材料による円板状のキャップと、キャ
    ップ内面に密着して略その全面を覆う様に配置され、前
    記ガス排出口対応部分に透孔を有する２次電極と、この
    ２次電極と僅かな間隙をあけて対向配置され、前記外ケ
    ースの内径より若干小さな直径を有する円板状の誘電体
    板と、この誘電体板より小さな直径の円板状に形成され
    、誘電体板の２次電極開対向面とは逆側の面に同心配置
    された１次電極とを備えて成る無声放電式オゾン発生装
    置。
