    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光検出器に入射される光を変調手段を有する圧電振動子
    の振動により変調して該光検出器に導びく光変調器にお
    いて、前記変調手段は相対向する固定スリット板と可動
    ス゛リット板とよりなり、可動スリット板は圧電振動子
    の自由端に取付けられると共に、該圧電振動子は可動ス
    リット板取付側を下方として鉛直に取付けられたことを
    特徴とする光変調器。
