Claims (1)
をもった貫通孔を有し、かつ上記広開口部と外部を連絡
する１本または複数本の溝を有した電極板の上記溝およ
び広開口部以外の面を半田層を介して電気的、熱的に接
続し、上記貫通孔に上記電極板より引離す方向に力が加
えられた金属棒の先端を挿通してその金属棒の先端と上
記電極板とを上記貫通孔に充填した低融点合金にて接合
し、かつその低融点合金接合面と上記バリスタの電極間
