[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to temperature control of vending machines, and the set temperature of the temperature controller can be adjusted when the stored items require cooling, especially when the sales volume is low such as at night. The purpose is to reduce power consumption by setting the temperature slightly higher as long as there is no problem with the quality of the stored items, or slightly lower if the stored items require heating.

以下本考案の一実施例を図面とともに詳細に説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Therefore, the temperature inside the refrigerator is detected by the thermistor 2, and by the comparator 3, the relay coil 13 is energized and the heat source (freezer) 14 is activated when the temperature is above the first set temperature, that is, 6°C, and the temperature is below 6°C. At this time, the operation of the heat source 14 is stopped.

Next, if the next sale is not performed even after the set time T has elapsed since the previous sale, such as at night, the output of the timer 17 becomes a high level as shown in Figure 2, and once the high level is output, it is reset. Therefore, the temperature inside the refrigerator is detected by the thermistor 2, and the comparator 3 sets the second set temperature, that is, when the temperature is higher than 8°C, the relay coil 13 is excited and the heat source (freezer) 14 is activated, and when the temperature is lower than 8°C. At this time, the operation of the heat source 14 is stopped.

In this way, if there are no sales within a certain predetermined time, the temperature will be set slightly higher. However, when the temperature inside the refrigerator rises due to filling of sales products, etc. 3, the output of the comparator 4 becomes low level, and the input terminal 11a of the gate circuit 11 becomes low level.

Therefore, if no sales are made for a predetermined period of time, that is, even if the output of the timer 17 is at a high level and the input terminal 11b of the gate circuit 11 is at a high level, the output of the gate circuit 11 will be at a low level and the transistor 10 will be turned on. In the illustrated embodiment, the goods to be sold are exemplified as those that require cooling, but conversely, for items that require heating, the second set temperature is slightly lower than the first set temperature, and the second set temperature is lower than the first set temperature. This is to set the third set temperature.

As mentioned above, the present invention changes the set temperature inside the refrigerator while checking the sales situation within a predetermined period of time, and at night when sales are low, the set temperature is changed to one that consumes less power from the heat source. In addition, if the second set temperature exceeds the allowable range, the heat source is forced to operate and the temperature returns to the first set temperature, thereby preventing any adverse effects on the stored products. This has excellent effects such as reduction in power consumption.
