Claims (1)
- 保護フィルムを両面に貼られた粘着性シートを自重によ
り上方から下方へ送る垂直搬送路と、表面の保護フィル
ムを粘着性シートの表面に対して略１８０度の角度で引
き剥すためのフィルム巻き取り装置とから成る粘着性シ
ートの保護フィルム剥離装置。
