Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は密閉型電動圧縮機に関するもので、特に内部に液
冷媒吸入防止機構を設けることにより液圧縮防止と液冷
媒混入による開環不良の防止を計ると共に外部にアキュ
ームレータ等の取付を必要としないコンパクトな密閉型
電動圧縮機を提供することを目的とする。
以下本案を図に示す実施例について説明する。
１は底部に潤滑油２を貯溜する密閉容器で該容器内には
電動要素３と圧縮要素４により構成される電動圧縮機体
５が配置収納されている。
６は前記圧縮要素４の一部を構成する気筒頭部で該頭部
には吐出管７が接続されている。
而して８は前記吐出管７に分岐して接続された圧縮冷媒
ガスのパージ弁で該パージ弁を動作させ温度センサー９
は前記密閉容器１に貫設した吸込管１０の開口部近傍に
位置せしめている。
第２図に示すものは他の実施例でパージ弁８を電動圧縮
機体５の吐出系路の一部を構成する気筒頭部６に接続し
たものでその他の構成は第１図と同様である。
上記の構成いおいて、圧縮機運転中に吸込管１０から密
閉容器１内に流入する吸入冷媒ガスに液冷媒が混入して
おらない場合は温度センサー９は作動せず、パージ弁８
は閉じたままであるから圧縮要素４で圧縮された冷媒ガ
スは吐出管７を通り外部冷却回路（図示せず）に送出さ
れる。
而して吸入冷媒ガスに液冷媒が混入してくると温度セン
サー９が作動してパージ弁８を開放し、圧縮冷媒ガスを
密閉容器１内に放出させる。
この放出により外部冷却回路に対する冷媒ガスの供給が
低下し圧縮機外部からの冷媒吸入は減少または停止し液
冷媒の吸入は防止される。
そして液冷媒の吸入がなくなると前記パージ弁８が閉じ
て正常な運転に戻る。
本案による密閉型電動圧縮機は上述の如く、密封容器に
収納した電動圧縮機体の吐出系路に分岐して圧縮冷媒ガ
スのパージ弁を設けると共に該パージ弁を動作させる温
度センサー等を前記密閉容器に貫設した吸込管の開口部
近傍に位置せしめてなるものであるから、液冷媒の吸入
は自動的に防止されその結果液圧縮や潤滑不良は防止さ
れる。
更にアキュームレータ等を外部に付設することもなくな
るのでコンパクトな冷凍装置を製作出来る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 密閉容器に収納した電動圧縮機体の吐出系路に分岐して
    圧縮冷媒ガスのパージ弁を設けると共に該パージ弁を動
    作させる温度センサー等を前記密閉容器に貫通した吸込
    管の開口部近傍に位置せしめてなることを特徴とする密
    閉型電動圧縮機。
