ける温度補正信号発生回路の具体例、第５図は第４図に

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 大刃物理量に応じて少なくとも一方の容量値が変化する
    第１、第２の可変容量素子と、これら容量素子に対して
    定値電流制限回路を介して充放電を行いこれら容量素子
    の容量値に関連したパルス信号を発生させ、これらパル
    ス信号に基づきオンオフデユーティ比が上記容量値に関
    連した主信号パルスを発生させる検出回路と、この主信
    号パルスに基づき装置出力を発信する変換回路と、上記
    検出回路の定価電流制限回路と同じ構成の定価電流制限
    回路を含む一定時間幅パルス発生回路を用い、上記主信
    号パルス又は上記容量素子の容量値′に関連したパルス
    信号に基づき一定時間幅のパルス信号を発生させ、この
    信号と上記主信号パルスとの演算により補正用の温度信
    号を発生させる温度補正信号発生回路とを具備すること
    を特徴とする物理量変換装置。
