Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）交互にカルマン渦を発生させる渦発生体と、該渦
    発生体に形成され、カルマン渦の発生に基づく圧力変化
    により流体が流通する圧力導管と、一端が光源に対向し
    他端が該圧力導管に開口す′る第１の光ファイバと、一
    端が該第１の光ファイバの他端に対向するように該圧力
    導管に開口し他端が感温素子に対向する光ファイバとか
    らなる流速・流量検出装置。
  2. （２）前記光源は赤外線発光器である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第（１）項記載の流速・流量検出装置。
  3. （３）前記感温素子は負特性サーミスタまたは正特性サ
    ーミスタである実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）項記載の
    流速・流量検出装置。
