Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 凹状部材と適状部材を溶接固定して成る本体と、該本体
    の両側面にネストを形成しこれらネストを塞ぐように設
    けられた受圧ダイアフラムと、上記本体の中央内部に張
    設された中央ダイアフラムと、該中央ダイアフラムによ
    り２つに区画された受圧室と、上記本体内部に室を形成
    し該室内部に設けられた感圧素子と、該感圧素子により
    ２つに区画′された感圧室と、上記ネストと上記受圧室
    を連通する導圧路と、上記受圧室と上記感圧室を連通ず
    る導圧路とを備え、上記適状部材の外径を上記凹状部材
    の内径よりも小さくし、上記凹状部材の内径部及び上記
    適状部材の外径部の両方或いはどちらか一方に段部を形
    成し、該段部において上記凹状部材と上記適状部材とを
    溶接・固定したことを特徴とする差圧伝送器。
