  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体に固定された円筒状ケースを固定した金属性ハウジ
    ング、前記本体に形成された内部室内に対向配置され、
    その各一端部を前記円筒状ケースの内部にガラスを充填
    して片持ち支持された移動電極と固定電極、前記本体の
    側部に形成され、前記内部室と連通ずる貫通孔、この貫
    通孔を塞ぐように固定された受圧素子、この受圧素子と
    上記移−動電極の他端部とを連結するロッド、前記円筒
    状ケースの上部を閉塞し−、リード線取り出し部に電気
    端子を固定するハーメチック端子、上記ガラス充填部上
