    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）注入口３ａの内側に内部へ向かって伸びる筒体６
    を設け、その筒体に邪魔板７を付設してなる小型車両の
    燃料タンク装置。
  2. （２）邪魔板７は筒体の下端開口部の内側に設けられて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の小型車両の燃
    料タンク装置。
  3. （３）筒体６には内外連通ずる多数の透孔６ａが穿設さ
    れており、筒体自体が邪魔板７を構成している実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の小型車両の燃料タンク装置
    。
