図はこのレーザパワー診断装置を実装してなるレーザ走
査光学系の構成を示す略図である。 １・・・レーザ発振器、２・・・光変調器、３・・・ミ
ラー、４・・・回転多面走査鏡、５・・・感光体ドラム
、８・・・レーザパワー診断装置、８０・・・光センサ
、８１・・・レーザ出力検出回路、８２・・・異常表示

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザ発振器から発振されるレーザ光を特定画情報によ
    り変調しそれぞれ偏向角の異なる０次光および１次光と
    して出力する光変調器を具えたレーザ走査光学系におけ
    るレーザパワー診断装置において、前記光変調器の変調
    によって出力される０次光の通過光路に配設した光セン
    サと、該光センサによって得られる前記０次光の受光出
    力と予め設定される基準値とを比較し、前記受光出力が
    前記基準値より小さくなる期間が一定時間続いた時に異
    常検出出力を出力するレーザ出力検出回路とを具えたこ
    とを特徴とするレーザパワー診断装置。
