Claims (1)
板に上記凹部開口を覆う下電極板を上電極板に対して絶
縁状態に固定し、上記凹部と下電極板とが形成する空間
内に正特性サーミスタを収容してその上下両主面に形成
した電極を上電極板および下電極板に夫々導通させる一
方、上記空間内にバイメタルをその可動接点が固定接点
に対して離接可能に固定してなる自己保持形態応動装置
において、上記空間の内壁面に熱伝導性の良好な材料か
らなる金属板を取り付け、該金属板に上記バイメタルを
固定するとともに正特性サーミスタの片側の電極を密着
させ、上記金属板を介して正特性サーミスタとバイメタ
ルとを熱結合するようにしたことを特徴とする自己保持
