    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）裏金と、この裏金に添着された第１のライニング
    材と、この第１のライニング材に切取形成された切取部
    と、この切取部に取付けられた第２のライニング材とか
    らなることを特徴とするブレーキ用摩擦パッド。
  2. （２）第１のライニング材の切取部に、第２のライニン
    グ材を着脱自在に取付けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載のブレーキ用摩擦パッド。
  3. （３）第１のライニング材に切取部を点在させて設けて
    、その切取部に第２のライニング材を取付けた実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のブレーキ用摩擦パッド。
  4. （４）第１のライニング材の被制動体の円周方向におけ
    る端側部位に切取部を設けて、その切取部に第２のライ
    ニング材を取付けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のブレーキ用摩擦パッド。
