Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）筆記具に捺印用の印鑑を設けたことを特徴とする
    筆記具。
  2. （２）筆記具はインクを収納する軸筒と、この軸筒と嵌
    合する帽部とから成る万年筆で、印鑑は前記帽部の上端
    部に螺合により取付けられていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の筆記具。
  3. （３）帽部の上端部には朱肉が設けられた印鑑用キャッ
    プが螺合していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第２項記載の筆記具。
  4. （４）筆記具はインクを含浸している含浸体を収納する
    軸筒と、この軸筒から一端が突出しかつ前記含浸体から
    インクを筆記面へ導出する多孔質の芯体から成るマーキ
    ングペンで、印鑑は該印鑑と軸筒とにそれぞれ形成した
    凹凸部の保合により緊嵌することを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の筆記具。
  5. （５）筆記具はスプリングで常時一方向に付勢されてい
    る芯収納筒と、この芯収納筒を内部に摺動可能に有する
    軸筒とからなるシャープペンシルで、印鑑は下端縁が前
    記芯収納筒の上端縁と当接しかつ下端部が軸筒内に嵌入
    する印鑑収納筒に設けられていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の筆記具。
  6. （６）印鑑収納筒の上端部に朱肉が設けられていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載の筆記
    具。
