Claims (1)

なっていて、また前記光混合素子内には干渉膜フィルタ
が前記光混合素子の側面に45度の角度で水平中心面に
垂直に設けられていて、また前記光混合素子には干渉膜
フィルタが設けられている位置に水平中心面から上下の
面に向ってほぼ2乗で減少する屈折率分布を有する分岐
素子が前記光混合素子の側面に直角に設けられ、また前
記分岐素子は前記光混合素子の入力端から干渉膜フィル
タを経て分岐素子の入力端までの長さが光信号の蛇行ピ
ッチの1/2のi数倍の長さとなっていて、更に前記光
混合素子及び分岐素子の平行な両側面は反射面となって
