Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）半導体レーザ素子と、該半導体レーザ素子のレー
    ザ出射面とに対向する端面が一定の角度で斜めに形成さ
    れた光ファイバとを含むことを特徴とする光結合回路。
  2. （２）前記半導体レーザのレーザ出射面と対向する前記
    光ファイバの端面を約４５度の傾斜面とし、前記光ファ
    イバの軸が半導体レーザ出射面に沿い、かつ前記光ファ
    イバの前記傾斜面が前記半導体レーザ素子のレーザ出射
    面に向う位置に配置したことを更に特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載の光結合回路。
  3. （３）前記光ファイバの前記端面を４５度より大きく約
    ６０度以下とし、前記光ファイバの軸を前記半導体レー
    ザ出射面に対して傾けて沿わせたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載の光結合回路。
