    を作成し、絶縁保護層と共に一体焼結されているヒータ
    を有していることを特徴とする加熱器。 ２　ヒータ表面に非粘着性のコーティングが施されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の加熱器。
