・底蓋板、７・・・放出口、９・・・口蓋板、１０・・
・絞り板。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所要の内外径と管長に形成されたセラミックス管
    の外周に両端が電源に接続する発熱線を巻線し、その外
    側をさらに断熱層を被装したのち、金属管に収容し、セ
    ラミックス管の開口する両端には反射鏡を対設し、セラ
    ミックス管より放射する遠赤外線を管軸方向に反射する
    と共に、その一方の反射鏡には放出口を開口し、その放
    出口より所望光軸の遠赤外線を照射することを特徴とす
    る遠赤外線集光照射装置。
  2. （２）一方の反射鏡は放出口の孔径の異なる複数枚のも
    のから構成され、適宜に交換が可能であることを特徴と
    する第１項記載の遠赤外線集光照射装置。
  3. （３）一方の反射鏡は複数枚の可動絞り板が添設構成さ
    れ、放出口の孔径が可変であることを特徴とする第１項
    記載の遠赤外線集光照射装置。
