軸受の弾発体の組立て説明図、第３図は本考案に係るガ
ス軸受の一実施例を示す横断面図、第４図は同軸受に用
いられるばねフォイルの斜視図、第５図は第４図のばね
フォイルを折り曲げた状態を示す斜視図、第６図は第３
図の周方向展開断面図、第７図は、本考案の軸受の他の
実施例を示す部分横断面図、第８図は同軸受の周方向の
展開断面図、第９図は本考案のガス軸受の更に他の実施
例を示す横断面図である。 図中、１は回転軸、２は軸受ケース、３は支承面、４は
トップフォイル（軸受部材）、６．７゜１０はばねフォ
イル、６ａ、？ａ、１０ａは折曲点、８は折り曲げ溝、

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸の荷重を支えるべくこれに対向させて設けられた
    軸受ケースと該軸受ケースの支承面と上記回転軸との間
    に設けられその表面が回転軸外側にガス膜を形成するた
    めの軸受面となる軸受部材と、該軸受部材に作用するガ
    ス膜圧を上記支承面より弾発支持すべく、支承面に複数
    、重ね合わせて設けられたばねフォイルとを有し、上記
    各ばねフォイルが支承面に沿って折曲形成されると共に
    隣接するばねフォイルの折曲点を相互にずらせて配設し
    たことを特徴とするガス軸受。
