    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電源と第１の抵抗と第１のトランジスタのコレクタ
    ・エミッタと第２のトランジスタのベース・エミッタと
    を閉ループに直列接続し、前記第１のトランジスタのベ
    ースと制御回路とを接続した回路において、前記第１の
    トランジスタのベースと前記制御回路との間に第１のダ
    イオードを接゛　　　続し、前記直流電源と前記第１の
    トランジスタ間に第２の抵抗を接続し、前記第１のトラ
    ンジスタのベースと第２のトランジスタのコレクタ間に
    第２のダイオードを接続したことを特徴とするパワート
    ランジスタのベースドライブ回路。
