Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 本体をオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼または高ニツ
ケル耐食合金により形成しかつ作動流体として水を封入
したものにおいて、本体内面の少（とも一部に鉄基フェ
ライト鋼から成る内張りを形成し、かつこの内張りと同
一または同効の材料によって、本体を挿通しかつ内張り
と連絡する水素透過拡散部も形成した耐食性ヒートパイ
プ。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の耐食性ヒート
パイプにおいて、水素の透過拡散部を熱媒体注入口とし
たもの。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の耐食性ヒート
パイプにおいて、水素の透過拡散部を本体と接続する蓋
体としたもの。
