However, this method has the disadvantage that the spraying aim is uncertain, the spraying cannot be uniformly sprayed onto the target mold surface, and the spraying may also be sprayed onto unnecessary locations. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2, a front-rear injection nozzle 5 is provided separately from the mold, and this injection nozzle 5 is raised and lowered between the molds when the movable mold 2 is used as a template, and is released on each mold surface. It has been proposed that the agents be spray applied at the same time.

However, according to this method, it is necessary to separately install a spray preparation machine including a mechanism for lifting and lowering the injection nozzle 5, which not only increases equipment costs but also requires the lifting and lowering process of the injection nozzle to be added to the work process such as die casting. As a result, the work time increases, and the injection nozzle 5 must be adjusted each time the mold is changed. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and focuses on the guide pin attached to the mold itself and makes it double as a spray nozzle. This eliminates the need for the above-mentioned nozzle lifting and lowering process, reducing the number of work steps, and once the mold is set and installed, there is no need for nozzle adjustment, reducing setup time. In addition, the present invention provides a mold release agent spraying device that is extremely effective in reducing equipment costs and the like.

Reference numerals 8 and 9 are release agent supply passages provided by drilling holes from the upper and lower end surfaces of the fixed mold 1 toward the tips of each guide pin 6, and the tips of each passage 8 serve as spray nozzles 10 for the movable mold. Each passage 9 is turned back and closed so as to face the mold surface of the fixed mold 1 as a spray nozzle 11. Note that the proximal end sides of each of the passages 8 and 9 are connected to a pressurized tank for mold release agent or the like as appropriate. Therefore, if the mold release agent is fed to the passages 8 and 9 when the movable mold 2 is modeled, sufficient mold release agent can be sprayed simultaneously from each spray nozzle 10 and 11 onto each mold surface that faces each other at a close distance. Coating can be performed.

In the above embodiment, all the guide pins 6 have their spray nozzles closed, but if necessary, the spray operation may be performed only on a single guide pin or a required number of guide pins. Furthermore, although the two passages 8 and 9 are bored as the mold release agent supply passage, they may be configured as a single passage and the tip thereof may be bifurcated. Conversely, separate single passages may be provided for each pin. 4 and 5 are enlarged views of the guide pin 6 having the above-mentioned two-passage configuration, in which welded parts 12 and 13 are provided at the tips of the passages 8 and 9, and the spray nozzles 10 and 1

Next, FIGS. 6 and 7 show that in a guide pin 6 having a similar two-passage configuration, pipe insertion screw holes 10a and 11a are bored at the tip of the passage so that a copper pipe constituting a spray nozzle can be inserted therein. This allows the nozzle opening to be replaced and adjusted. Furthermore, FIGS. 8 and 9 show a guide pin 6 having a single passage structure, and the tip of the passage is bifurcated to form spray nozzles 10b and 11b having different degrees of opening. In this single passage configuration, as shown in FIG. The connecting cylinder portion 16 can be configured to be removably connected with iron via an O-ring, and the connection structure of the release agent supply path can be summarized into an extremely simple configuration using only a pushing operation. As described above, in the present invention, the spray nozzle of the template agent is placed opposite to the guide pin provided on at least one of the opposing molds to guide the joining of each mold. The opening □ facing the mold surface of the mold and the opening □ facing the mold surface of the mold where the guide pin is attached are opened respectively, and the mold is released onto the mold surface using this spray nozzle. Since the agent is sprayed, use the guide pins included with the mold.
Appropriate mold release agent can be sprayed accurately and efficiently at close range, and the mold release agent passing through the guide can be expected to have a cooling effect on the guide pin.

Moreover, the spray coating operation using the guide pins is completed simultaneously with the mold release operation, and there is an advantage that no additional process is required in the molding process. Further, according to the present invention, compared to the conventional device as described at the beginning, it is possible to perform spraying at the same time as the mold release operation, thereby reducing the number of work steps such as casting, and the guide pins are arranged separately for each mold. Once the settings have been completed, there is no need to adjust the nozzle afterwards, which can shorten work setup time, improve productivity, and reduce equipment costs. It is.
