部分を連接し、ホイルブレードをホイルボックスに挿入
して取付ける部分とワイヤ下面と角度を有する部分との
間に、前記ワイヤ下面と角度を持つ面を任意の角度に調
整するための機構を有し、任意に角度設定出来ることを
