Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エミッタ・コレクタ間をパイラテラル素子として動作さ
    せる２つの対称形トランジスタのコレクタが共通接続さ
    れている複合双方向性トランジスタと、 前記２つのトランジスタの一方または両方のベース・エ
    ミッタ間に搬送波電流を漏洩させるために接続されてい
    る抵抗器と、 前記２つのトランジスタが搬送波の半周期毎に交互にス
    イッチング動作を行なうよう、互いに逆位相の搬送波を
    ２つのベースに、出力側巻線より供給しかつ、その出力
    側巻線の中点タップは前記トランジスタのコレクタに接
    続されている搬送液入カドランスと、 前記２つのトランジスタのエミッタ間に入力側巻線が接
    続されている被変調波出カドランスと、前記被変調波出
    カドランスの入力側巻線の中点タップト前記トランジス
    タのコレクタとの間に設けられた変調波入力回路と、 を具備したことを特徴とする振幅変調器。
