  1. 電話交換網を利用するデータ通信において、網を制御の
    発着信を行う手段と、通信中の被呼切断による回線の極
    性反転信号を検出し、回線強制切断する手段を備え、被
    呼先掛は時に速やかに回線開放を行なうことを特徴とす
    る網制御装置。
