Various detection devices are used for this purpose, but
Conventionally, a rotation detection device using an electromagnetic conversion element (hereinafter referred to as a Hall element) is known as a device of this type that has the simplest structure and few disadvantages. FIG. 1 shows a conventional rotation detection device tlr. In Figure 1, 1
is a tape counter, 2 is a pulley driven by the rotating shaft of the tape drive mechanism via a belt 3, 4 is a cylindrical magnet attached to the Gooley shaft, 5il''j is a hole attached opposite to the magnet 4. The element 6 is a printed wiring board on which the Hall element 6 is attached. In this type of rotation detection device, by appropriately selecting the distance between the magnet 4 and the Hall element 5,
The change in magnetic flux density of the magnet 4 rotating at the position of the Hall element 5 is detected to obtain the pulses necessary for circuit operation, but in reality the distance between the ID magnet 4 and the Hall element 50 is determined by the mounting tolerance of each component, the magnet It is extremely difficult to maintain a constant value due to the outer periphery of the sensor 4 and the inclination due to contact during assembly of the Hall element 5 or vibration during use of the device, and the sensitivity variation of the Hall element 5 itself is extremely large. Coupled with this, it has been difficult to ensure the change in magnetic flux density required for the operation of the Hall element 6. In order to solve this problem, there are structures in which a magnetically permeable back yoke or a small piece of magnet is attached to the back of the Hall element 5, but in this case, the rotation of the magnet 4 is This is not desirable because it is affected by the magnetic piece, and as a result, the rotation of the tape drive mechanism is affected by the belt 3.

本発明はこのような従来の欠点を解消するものであり、

The present invention solves these conventional drawbacks,
Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to drawings of actual examples. 2 and 3 show a practical example of the present invention. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the tape counter 1 is fixed to the tape drive mechanism main body 8 via the base 9. . Further, the cylindrical magnet 4 is connected to the driving pulley 2 of the tape counter 1.
It is fixed to the c1 axis and driven by the rotating shaft of the tape drive mechanism main body 8 via the belt 3. On the other hand, a printed wiring board 6 is fixed to the base 9 with screws 11, and a Hall element 5 attached to the printed wiring board 6 is arranged facing the outer peripheral surface of the magnet 4. A back yoke 7 made of an iron plate formed into a cylindrical shape is arranged on the base 9 at a position surrounding the magnet 4 and the Hall element 5, and its mounting piece 7a is fixed with screws 12. The reason why the printed wiring board 6 and the back yoke 7 are attached to the base 9 is that the mounting holes are oval, so that the distance between the magnet and the outer peripheral surface can be adjusted.

In the legal detection device having such a configuration, in order to prevent friction between the magnet 4 and the Hall element 5 during rotation, a spacer with a corresponding minimum thickness must be installed on the printed wiring board 6. Insert the spacer into the through holes 1o and 1 provided in the magnet 4, and move the printed wiring board 6 and back yoke 7 toward the center of the magnet using a pad, with the spacer in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the magnet 4.
= After the spacer is sandwiched between the Hall element 6 and the magnet 4, it is fixed by tightening with the screws 1' 1 and 12, and by removing the spacer, it is possible to always maintain the minimum spacing regardless of the installation tolerance of each component. Easy to install and ensure the required magnetic flux density. Moreover, if the pole element 5 is glued to the inner surface of the back yoke 7, the vibration of the Hall element,
It is possible to prevent calluses due to contact. Further, since the back yoke 7 covers the entire circumference of the magnet 4, it does not affect the attraction action of the magnet 4 during r and 9 rotations, unlike when a piece of iron is partially brought close to the magnet.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the magnetic flux density necessary for the operation of the Hall element can be easily secured, the rotation detection operation becomes reliable, and there are fewer negative effects on the rotating part. In practical use, it is possible to obtain an effect that is of concern.
