Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）パターン欠陥検査に供される試料を載置するテー
    ブルと、このテーブル上に固定され上記試料の保持位置
    を規定する基準部材と、クランプ部材を上記試料に押し
    付は試料を上記基準部材に押圧してクランプする弾性部
    材と、通電により上記弾性部材の押圧に抗して上記クラ
    ンプ部材を付勢し前記試料をアンクランプするソレノイ
    ドとを具備してなることを特徴とするパターン欠陥検査
    装置用試料保持機構。
  2. （２）前記試料は、半導体ツエハ若しくはマスク基板、
    或いはこれらを固定保持したカセットであ、　　　　　
    ることを特徴・とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のパターン欠陥検査装置用試料保持機構。
  3. （３）　　前記クランプ部材は、前記試料のクランプ時
    にショック・アブソーバにより上記試料との衝突が柔ら
    げられるものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のパターン欠陥検査装置用試料保持機
    構。
