    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）アルミ板成形構造またはアルミブロック構造を有
    する半導体放熱器において、前記放熱器の他物体に取付
    は固定する部分に、半田付けが可能な金属棒を取付けて
    なる半導体放熱器。
  2. （２）半田付けが可能な金属棒が、プリント板に挿通さ
    れ、半田付は固定されていることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の半導体放熱器。
