面とコイルスプリングの関連を示す正面図である。 図中、２は入力ハブ、３は励磁コイル、５は出力ハブ、
７はアーマチュア、８はコイルスプリング、１１．１２
は巻き締め面、ｌｌａ、１２ａは凸部、ｌｌｂ、１２ｂ
は凹部である。尚、図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を
示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）互いに軸方向に対向してコイルスプリングの巻き
    締め面を設けた入力ハブと出力ハブ、上記入出力ハブの
    巻き締め面の外周に配設されかつ励磁コイルにより上記
    入力ハブに吸着されるアーマチュア、上記入出力両ハブ
    の巻き締め面にわたって巻装されかつ一端が上記アーマ
    チュアに掛止されると共に他端を出力ハブに掛止したコ
    イルスプリングを備え、このコイルスプリングの巻締力
    によって入力ハブと出力ハブ間にトルク伝達が行なわれ
    るようにした電磁スプリングクラッチにおいて、上記入
    力ハブと出力ハブの巻き締め面の形状を非円形でかつ円
    滑な曲面とし、伝達トルクに対するねじれ角を変化させ
    るようにしたことを特徴とする電磁スプリングクラッチ
    。
  2. （２）人力ハブおよび出力ハブの巻き締め面を円周方向
    に円滑な波打ち状としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の電磁スプリングクラッチ。
  3. （３）入力ハブおよび出力ハブの巻き締め面は円滑な曲
    面を有するほぼ正多角形状に形成されている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の電磁スプリング
    クラッチ。
