Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ボデ一部２とフランジ部１１とからなる弁本体内
    にスナップ作動機能を持たせた金属ダイヤフラム１０に
    より弁室１３と圧力室１４を区画し、前記弁室１３の圧
    力と圧力室１４の圧力との差圧により金属製ダイヤフラ
    ム１０を反転させることにより球状弁体４をボデーに設
    けた弁座３に接離し流通路１６を開閉作動するようにし
    た圧力作動弁において、弁室１３の内部壁面に、適宜な
    スリット９′を有する円板状のばね９の外周縁を固定す
    ると共に、該板ばね９の中心部にシャフト５を接合し、
    該シャフト５の下゛　端部には球状弁体４を弁座３の中
    心線上になる如く接合し、通常は前記シャフト５の上端
    部が金属製ダイヤフラム１０の下面に接するごとく前記
    円板状のばね９にばね力を付勢し、弁室１３の圧力と圧
    力室１４の圧力の差が設定圧力に達した時に球状弁体４
    が弁座３の凹部弁崖面１５を閉塞するようにしたことを
    特徴とする圧力作動弁。
  2. （２）円板状のばね９がシャフト５に二個以上取付けら
    れたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第″　１項記載
    の圧力作動弁。
