  1. （１）洋式の便器本体の両側部に、足載置部が床面より
    も上方に位置する１うなペダルを設けたことを特徴とす
    る便器。
  2. （２）ペダルが、便器本体を床面に据え付けるための螺
    子を利用して便器本体に取り付けられている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の便器。
