Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料ガスをガス溜めタンクを通してチャンバーに加える
    ように構成されたガスサンプリング装置において、前記
    ガス溜めタンクの試料ガス注入口が設けられた面には弁
    棒が移動可能に螺合される弁体を設けると共に前記ガス
    溜めタンクの他の一面には一端が前記弁棒の端部と嵌合
    するように形成され他端が前記チャンバーに連通ずるよ
    うに形成された弁座を設け、前記弁棒を移動させること
    により前記ガス溜めタンクに設けられた前記弁座から前
    記チャンバーに流れ出る試料ガスの量を制御することを
    特徴とするガスサンプリング装置。
