第１図は従来の注湯装置の概略断面側面図である。第２
図は本考案に係る注湯装置の概略断面側面図である。第
３図は第２図の注湯装置の部分平面図である。第４図は
樋の正面図である。第５図は可動樋の作動を説明する概
略側面図である。 ２：取鍋、４：注湯口、６：可動樋手段、１６：樋、１
８．２０：アーム、２２：支持ロッド、２４．２６：回
転レバー、３２：取鍋支持軸、５０：駆動手段、５２：
連結ロッド、５４：駆動レバー。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）注湯口を有した取鍋と、該取鍋の注湯口に隣接し
    て配置された可動樋手段とを具備し、前記可動樋手段は
    、注湯時には前記取鍋の注湯口から落下する溶湯を受容
    しそして該溶湯を前記取鍋の注湯口から離隔して配置さ
    れた鋳型の湯口へと案内する樋と、注湯完了時に前記樋
    を前記取鍋の注湯口のまわりに回動させそれによって前
    記鋳型への注湯を停止し且つ前記樋内に残留する溶湯を
    前記取鍋内に戻すように前記樋を駆動するための駆動手
    段とを有することを特徴とする可動樋付注湯装置。
  2. （２）取鍋は注湯口近傍に該取鍋の回転軸線を有しそれ
    によって該取鍋の注湯口を概略一定位置に保持したまま
    傾動するように構成され、又可動樋手段の樋も前記回転
    軸線のまわりに回動するようにした実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の装置。
  3. （３）　　可動樋手段の樋は縦方向に溶湯流通路を有し
    た細長形状部材であって、該溶湯流通路は縦方向に凹形
    状に湾曲し且つ横断面が凹形状とされて成る実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第２項記載の装置。
