Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 検出器、被検出体、カウンターからなる直線運動の位置
    検出装置において、 相対的に直線運動をする二物体である、基準側物体と移
    動側移住のうち、前記移動側物体に、軸心が、前記直線
    運動と平行になるように固定されたボールねじ用ナツト
    と、前記ボールねじ用ナツトにかみ合ったボールねじ用
    軸が前記基準側物体に回転自在に取付けられ、前記ボー
    ルねじ用軸には前記被検出体が固定され、前記被検出体
    が前記ボールねじ用軸の回転に伴って回転する事によっ
    て信号を発生するように設けられる検出器と、この検出
    器には電線なと′により前記検出体の信号の発生回数を
    数えるカウンターとからなる事を特徴とする直線運動の
    位置検出装置。
