However, according to the haze processing method, a mold of the natural product must be created. This type is called the normal electrotype, and it is most desirable to collect this electrotype directly from the natural product itself. However, there are various difficulties in collecting molds from natural products themselves. For example, ``If you try to manufacture a metal object in the shape of a leaf of a plant, which is often used as a decorative object, and you try to take a leaf shape directly from the plant's leaf using plaster, etc., in its natural state it will bend or curl. Because of this, it is not easy to find the shape. For this reason, it is difficult to find the shape of a metal workpiece in the shape of a plant leaf, which is ideal for decorative items such as froches or plates, etc. Currently, there is no other way to create leaf-shaped tortoise shapes by engraving. Therefore, producing imitations of plant leaves using the open-drying process is not suitable for manufacturing haze molds, etc. There are various drawbacks such as not only requiring a lot of effort and increasing the cost of the product, but also making it difficult to express the feeling of the natural product itself. The present invention has been developed in view of these circumstances, The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a metal workpiece having a form that closely imitates the leaves of a plant.

以下本発明の一実施例を図面を参照して説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

First, a leaf 2 of a natural plant is collected and left in a semi-dry state to shrink the mesophyll to clarify the veins of the leaf. Then, this leaf 2 is heated and expanded, and this A positive mold 1 is created by pasting double-sided adhesive tape 3 on one side of the leaf 2, and pasting and fixing this onto the slope having the boxtail part (see Figure 1).

The double-sided adhesive tape 3 is used to attach and fix the stretched leaf 2 on a board in a flat form, and is pasted over the entire surface of one side of the leaf 2. The inner surface of this positive mold 1 is coated with a suitable release material for demolding, and then a fluid excipient material such as rubber or plaster is poured in to cover the leaf 2 as shown in FIG. The mold is made into a sandwich shape, solidified as appropriate, and demolded to create a negative mold 4 as shown in FIG. On this negative mold 4, a seal 5 of the leaf 2 is formed in a concave shape, and a leaf vein mold 6 having exactly the same shape and dimensions as the actual leaf is exposed. A silver mirror or the like is further attached to the surface of the seal 5 of the negative type 4 by a conventional method to form a dew type.

Since this silver mirror serves as a negative electrode and must be connected to a negative power source, a lead terminal 7 is provided at the end of the negative mold 4. An example of manufacturing a leaf imitation using a haze mold using the negative mold 4 is shown in FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. The surface of the silver mirror 10 of the negative mold 4 is used as a negative electrode, and on the other hand, a positive electrode 11 is arranged opposite to this negative mold 4 and energized. to form. Once a predetermined processed layer is formed, the electromold is taken out of the mold and the leaf-shaped copper piece is peeled off to obtain a precision processed product that resembles a leaf. This processed product is made into a decorative item by applying appropriate finishing processes and appropriately deforming it to give it a specific shape to resemble a natural leaf. According to the present invention described above, in order to obtain a metal ornament in the form of a leaf of a natural product, particularly a plant, the natural leaf is semi-dried to shrink the straw pulp, and processed to clarify the veins of the leaf. In order to collect this hollyhock mold, the medicine is heated and expanded, one side is pasted with double-sided adhesive tape, and it is fixed in the form of a flat plate on the slope. After that, a negative mold of the leaf is manufactured, so the natural leaf is used. It is possible to produce a tortoise-shaped workpiece that has exactly the same form as that of the tortoise-finished product, and which produces a thin plate-shaped helmet-finished product with emphasized leaf veins.

Moreover, since the negative mold is formed into a flat plate shape, electrodeposition processing can be performed with precision, and there will be no problem when peeling off the processed product.
