する固定具を支持部材を兼ねる両端のスペーサーに固定
した状態を表わす断面図、第５図ないし第７図はそれぞ
れこの考案による異なる固定具及び固定方法の実施例を
示す部分断面図である。 １ニブラスチツクチユ一ブ束、２・２′　ニスペーサ−
１３ニスリーブ、４：端末継手、５：固定用チューブ、
６：固定具、２０：可塑性金属ロッド、２１　：ＰＦＡ

Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　プラスチックチューブ束からなる伝熱管と、
    このプラスチックチューブ束に沿って設けられ、　　　
    　　たプラスチック被覆可塑性金属ロッドと、プラスチ
    ックチューブ束とプラスチック被覆可塑性金属ロッドを
    所定間隔に保持するための支持部材とを有するプラスチ
    ックチューブ熱交換器において、前記プラスチック被覆
    可塑性金属ロッドの両端部は、一端に該プラスチック被
    覆可塑性金属ロッドに嵌合するとともにその外周に接し
    て把持する把持手段を備えた固定具で前記支持部材に固
    定されていることを特徴とするプラスチックチューブ熱
    交換器。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のプラスチ
    ックチューブ熱交換器において、固定具は・　プラスチ
    ック被覆可塑性金属ロッドの挿入方向が閉鎖され該プラ
    スチック被覆可塑性金属ロッドを封止把持することを特
    徴とするプラスチックチューブ熱交換器。
  3. （３）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載のプラスチックチューブ熱交換器において、固定
    具は他端にネジ部を有し、該ネジ部に螺合して固定具を
    前記支持部材に固定するための係止片を有することを特
    徴とするプラスチックチューブ熱交換器。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記
    載のプラスチックチューブ熱交換器において、固定具は
    前記支持部材に設けられたネジ孔に螺合すべく他端に雄
    ネジ部を有することを特徴とするプラスチックチューブ
    熱交換器。
  5. （５）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項
    のいずれかに記載のプラスチックチューブ熱交換器にお
    いて、支持部材は前記プラスチックチューブ束を群に分
    けるためのスペーサーを兼ねていることを特徴とするプ
    ラスチックチューブ熱交換器。
