又は第５図、第６図の装入筒を採用したときの第１図竪
型還元炉のＡ−Ａ矢視図、第８図、第９図は第３図、第
４図又は第５図、第６図の装入筒を採用し゛たときの装
入筒の拡大展開断面図である。 １はコンベヤ、２は炉頂ホッパー、３はゲート弁、４は
シール弁、５はゲート弁、６はシール弁、７は竪型還元
炉、８は均排圧槽、９は仕切板、１０は装入筒、１１は
炉芯、１２は貯留ホッパー、１３は装入物、１４は炉壁
、１５は排ガス導出管、１６は装入筒、１７は装入筒、
１８は上端開口、１９は下端開口、２０は水平フランジ
、２１はリング状原料排出口、２２は円筒体、２３は炉
芯部排ガス通路。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 竪型還元かの上方内部に仕切板を設けて原料の収納空間
    を形成し、この仕切板に原料を流下せしめる装入筒を炉
    芯を中心とする回忌円軌跡上に等間隔で、複数本吊下固
    定して上記炉内に貯留ホッパーを構成し、上記仕切板と
    装入筒の下端を頂点とする装入物ストックラインとの間
    に形成された空間部の炉壁に排ガスの導出管を設けてな
    る竪型還元炉の原料装入装置において、上記装入筒とし
    て、少なくとも装入筒下部において下方に向って原料通
    路面積が漸増し、かつ下端に円弧状開口を形成した装入
    筒を採用して上記円弧状開口群により仕切板の下方の炉
    内に炉芯を中芯とする回忌リング状の原料排出口を形成
    したことを特徴とする竪型還元炉の原料装入装置。
