本発明は「ポリエステル、ポリアミドの如き、線型ポリ
マーよりなる熱可塑性合成繊維の延伸性を向上させ強度

本発明の目的とするところは、ポリエステル、ポリァミ

本発明者等の研究によれば、ポリエステル、ポリアミド
の如き線型ポリマーよりなる合成織綾を延伸する場合に
四弗化エチレンポリマーを含むェマルジョン処理油剤を
繊維表面に附着させることにより繊維相互の滑りをよく

、高倍率の延伸は困難であるが、本発明により四弗化エ
チレンポリマーを油剤に含有させることにより、繊維相
互の滑りがよくなり、延伸区域も固定し、高倍率の延伸
が可能となりL高強度の織条の生産が可能となった。以
下、本発明を実施例で説明する。実施例
聡%硫酸で測定した相対粘度3.60(硫酸中のポリマ
ー濃度1%)のタイヤャーン126の用のポリカプラミ
ドを紙糸温度305℃、紙糸速度450m′minで溶
融紙糸し、冷却固化後「第1表に示す油剤組成物、〔A
〕及び比較油剤組成物〔B〕からなる24%ェマルジョ
ンを未延伸糸に対して付着油脂分が1.の重量%になる
様に付与し、表に記載の如く、数種の延伸倍率を条件に
