Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は穀粒の滑面精白を目的として開発したもので、
精白転子の攪拌によつて穀粒が通過する狭隙部を内外両
層に設けて分流と合流を反復し精白室内ての穀粒の攪拌
を促して穀粒相互の接触摩擦を盛にし穀粒面を密面化す
ると共に発生糠は多孔壁を通して最大限に除去し穀粒面
の生成を容易にする効果がある。
本発明を例図について説明すると多孔壁精白筒１内に軸
装した精白転子２の胴体３の円周に主軸４に平行した棒
状体５を突設して一体化し、多孔第１図５） （６）（
Ｉ） 壁精由筒１と胴体３との間に装架した棒状体５によつて
、それぞれの間に穀粒の流通する間隙６、７を設けたも
のである。
精白室８内において、精白転子２が回転すると棒状体５
によつて穀粒が攪拌摩擦を受ける際、間隙６、７をそれ
ぞれ通過するので通過直前に内周外周の両間隙に分流し
、通過直後に再び合流して、分流合流を反復するので一
層撹拌摩擦を促進し摩擦による穀粒の滑面化に頭蓋な効
果が期待される。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 多孔壁精白筒内に軸装した精白転子胴体の円周にほ
    ぼ主軸に平行した棒状体を突設して一体化し、該棒状体
    と前記胴体周面および前記精白筒のそれぞれの間に穀粒
    の流通間隙を設けたことを特徴とする精穀転子。
