Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明はプリント基板のパターン像等、シルエット像を
撮像するための照明装置に関するものである。
〔発明の背景〕
プリント基板を自動位置決めする場合、プリント基板を
後方から照明し、プリント基板上の位置決め用特異パタ
ーンをシルエツト像として検出する方式がある。この種
シルエット像を撮像するための照明は、一般に光自体を
乱散射光として物体の後方より放出し、これを前面より
撮像することで行われる。従来、これを実現するための
装置として、照明器と対象物を一列に並べたもの、ある
いは光軸を曲げたもの等があるが、前者の場合は寸法が
大きくなりすぎる欠点があり、又、後者の場合はミラー
等を間に入れることが必要となり、黒糸が複雑になる欠
点がある。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明は上記従来の欠点を解決すべくなされたもので、
光を透過する加工しやすいプラスチック等を使用して、
一方より光を入れて４デに切断した面で全反射させて光
軸を９０°傾け、進行方向を変えた後、出口のすりガラ
ス状表面で乱放射させるブロックにより、狭いスペース
で簡単にシルエツト像を作ることができる照明装置を提
供することにある。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面について説明する。
図は本発明に係わる装置の一実施例で、１は照明器であ
り、その同一中心線上に光透過ブロック２が位置する。
光透過ブロック２の上面はすりガラス加工が施こされて
いる。照明器１により平行光線がプラスチック・ブロッ
ク２にほぼ垂直に照射されて、４シに切断された反対面
まで達する。
この面で光は全反射し方向を上向きに変えブロック２の
上面に至るが、この面はすりガラス加工されているため
に、ここで乱放射が起こる。撮像物３は、このすりガラ
ス面の上方に位置しており、撮像系４で写した画面はシ
ルエツト像になる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明は上記したように、グラスチック等の光透過性、
臨界角および加工性を応用したものであり、撮像・照明
系の実長はほぼ同一であるが、方向を９０°変化でき、
見かけ上の長さを小さくできる効果を有する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、平行光線状の光を送出する照明器と、該照明器から
    の光を受け、自体内で全反射させて通過させると共に出
    口で乱放射させる光透過ブロックとを具備し、前記光透
    過ブロックの乱放射部分を撮像物の後方に位置せしめる
    ことにより、撮像物のシルエツト像を得ることを特徴と
    するシルエツト像の照明装置。
